Emergency Plumbing Issue - RESOLVED
A water valve at 7717 Constanso Avenue has failed. As a result, an emergency repair will be necessary. The water may have to be shut off for the entire community in order to conduct the repair. Further information will be posted as we learn more.
UPDATE: The plumber was able to resolve the issue without turning off the water for the community. |

REMINDERS
Online Portal - Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio
Maintenance Issues - Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.
Trash - Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking. - Do not leave trash outside your unit.
Parking - Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules. - Keep your vehicle safe – put away and out of sight: clothing, blankets, electronics, wires, etc.
Pets - Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
Pools Schedule - North Pool is now open daily: 8 AM – 10 PM. - South Pool will have the same schedule after the Southern Nevada Health District approves the re-opening. - Pools are cleaned Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (usually) before 10 AM. According to the vendor, the pools are safe to use during cleaning.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity - Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).
Adagio Documents - Download Adagio Rules & Regulations, Bylaws, and CC&Rs by going to Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio and navigate to the Documents page and the folder for Governing Documents.
