UPDATE   2026 Fees Listing   In a packet dated November 25, 2025, Adagio homeowners were mailed information pertaining to the Association’s budget for the 2026 year. Included in the packet is the fees listing. Water Leak Reported for 7704 Himalayas Ave (UPDATED)

UPDATE   Water Leak Reported for 7704 Himalayas Ave   Update (12/7/2025): The plumber applied a temporary resolution to slow the leak. The pipes are too rusted to make a repair and will need to be replaced. The work will be scheduled soon. Further information will be posted as it becomes available.   A water leak has been reported for 7704 Himalayas Ave. A plumber has been dispatched to address the issue. The water may have to be turned off in order to conduct any repairs. Crack-Sealing on 11/26

UPDATE   Crack-Sealing Community Streets (11/26)   Holbrook Asphalt Co. will be returning to our community to complete the crack-sealing: Wednesday, November 26   Please pay particular attention to the Construction vehicles and workers in the community.
