Satellite Dishes
As you may be aware, our community rules prohibit individual units from using and attaching their own satellite dish to a building. However, as a community, we contract with RC Communications to provide a satellite dish on each building as a courtesy. The community does not pay for these dishes as they are provided by the vendor as an incentive to gain your business. We have become aware that there are some loose wires that require maintenance, so we have reached out to the vendor to request servicing to avoid inconvenient outages. The vendor has visited the property and repaired any loose wires after conducting a building-by-building inspection.

REMINDERS
Online Portal - Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio
Maintenance Issues - Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.
Trash - Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking. - Do not leave trash outside your unit.
Parking - Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules. - Keep your vehicle safe – put away and out of sight: clothing, blankets, electronics, wires, etc.
Pets - Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity - Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).
