North Pool is Now Open (CORRECTION for pool hours)
We are happy to report that the North Pool is now open. The south pool is pending approval from the Southern Nevada Health District. The pool schedule is posted under Reminders.
To access the pools and gym, you will need a new keycard which is available for pickup at the Office of Pinnacle Community Association Management (see address and office hours below).
Each unit will be allocated a maximum of 2 active cards, and replacement cards may be purchased from Pinnacle. Tenants whose homeowner has their current lease on file with Pinnacle may receive the cards directly from Pinnacle. As a reminder to homeowners who rent their unit, you are required to submit a copy of the current lease to Pinnacle.
We have simplified the process of obtaining the new access cards by NOT requiring the old access cards to be exchanged for the new cards.

REMINDERS
Online Portal - Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio
Maintenance Issues - Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.
Trash - Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking. - Do not leave trash outside your unit.
Parking - Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules. - Keep your vehicle safe – put away and out of sight: clothing, blankets, electronics, wires, etc.
Pets - Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
Pools Schedule - North Pool is now open daily: 8 AM – 10 PM. - South Pool will have the same schedule after the Southern Nevada Health District approves the re-opening. - Pools are cleaned Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (usually) before 10 AM. According to the vendor, the pools are safe to use during cleaning.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity - Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).
Adagio Documents - Download Adagio Rules & Regulations, Bylaws, and CC&Rs by going to Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio and navigate to the Documents page and the folder for Governing Documents.
Certificate of Insurance - Go to: https://www.cauinsure.com/CertRequest to request your certificate.
