Clubhouse Lights
Light timers have been installed in the Community Clubhouse. The lights are scheduled to stay illuminated every day from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. Keeping the lights on in the Clubhouse at night serves to deter unauthorized use by ‘unhoused’ persons. This strategy has been proven as an effective method to combat illegal occupancy of spaces. If you notice that the clubhouse lights are off at night, please report this to Pinnacle.

REMINDERS
Online Portal - Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio
Maintenance Issues - Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.
Trash - Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking. - Do not leave trash outside your unit.
Parking - Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules. - Keep your vehicle safe – put away and out of sight: clothing, blankets, electronics, wires, etc.
Pets - Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity - Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).
Adagio Documents - Download Adagio Rules & Regulations, Bylaws, and CC&Rs by going to Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio and navigate to the Documents page and the folder for Governing Documents.
