Certificate of Insurance
Do you have a mortgage? If your answer is yes, your lender may require you to submit evidence that our community is insured. If this is the case, you may request a Certificate of Insurance from Community Association Underwriters (CAU).
CAU is the underwriter who insures our community. Go to: https://www.cauinsure.com/CertRequest to make your request.
In the Association Name field, enter: Adagio Homeowners' Association
You will also need details regarding your loan and lender.
In today’s world of fraud and cybersecurity threats, be careful to ensure that any requests you receive to furnish this information is valid by contacting your lender at the phone number or email address that you have stored in your records or that you have received from a trusted source.

REMINDERS
Online Portal - Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio
Maintenance Issues - Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.
Trash - Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking. - Do not leave trash outside your unit.
Parking - Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules. - Keep your vehicle safe – put away and out of sight: clothing, blankets, electronics, wires, etc.
Pets - Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity - Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).
Adagio Documents - Download Adagio Rules & Regulations, Bylaws, and CC&Rs by going to Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio and navigate to the Documents page and the folder for Governing Documents.
