Pool Renovations

We are excited to share that both the north and south pool remodels have been completed and fully inspected by the Southern Nevada Health District. We are now in the final phase - fixing the remaining inspection-related tasks. 

 

We are very close to reopening the pools—thank you for your continued patience!

 

Landscaping Enhancements

The major components of the landscaping project are now complete! Fresh flora has been planted throughout the community. The plants come with a 1-year warranty—just in case they don’t make it through their first summer.

 

Main Entrance Gate Repairs

We’ve elevated and adjusted the hinges on the main entrance gates to help reduce how often the gates get stuck. Time will tell if this solution works as intended, and we’ll continue to monitor its effectiveness.

 

We are aware of additional gate-related issues and we have engaged a vendor to perform maintenance.

 

Keycard Access System

New keycard readers have been installed at the gym and main pool! We are currently finalizing the system, and once complete, you can expect a more reliable and consistent access experience. We hope to soon expand this system to the pedestrian entrances and the south pool.

 

Pinnacle will be contacting homeowners to distribute the new cards. Each unit will be allocated 2 active cards. Replacement cards may be purchased from Pinnacle. Tenants whose homeowner has their lease on file with Pinnacle may receive the cards directly from Pinnacle.

 

Board Meeting

The next board meeting will be held on June 23rd at the community clubhouse (by the main pool). More details and the agenda will be posted as we get closer to the meeting date.

 

 

REMINDERS

 

Online Portal

-        Pinnacle’s Homeowner Portal for Adagio

 

Maintenance Issues

-        Report roof leaks and outages for community operated lights, gates, etc. to Pinnacle at Admin@pcamlv.com or 702-405-3300.

 

Trash

-        Bulk trash, such as furniture and appliances, goes near the RV parking.

-        Do not leave trash outside your unit.

 

Parking

-        Vehicles will be towed, at the owner’s expense, for parking illegally or violating community rules.

-        Don’t make your vehicle a target for a break-in – put away clothing, blankets, electronic, wires, etc.

 

Suspicious or Illegal Activity

-        Report to 311 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).

 

Pets

-        Please pick up after your pets and observe the leash law.
